Clare Otridge is the Founder and Director of Grounded Research, a specialist insight agency working across the full UK food and agriculture supply chain. Blending behavioural science with deep sector knowledge, she helps brands turn consumer and producer insight into confident commercial decisions. Through Grounded’s proprietary research communities including consumer, supply chain and farmer communities, Clare has led hands-on product testing spanning sausages to sourdough through to oils and ambient, to grapes, broccoli and apples – capturing real-world behaviour with consumers that most research simply cannot reach. Her people-first approach delivers access, honesty and speed, giving product, procurement and innovation teams answers they won’t get anywhere else.
