James Shorey is Partnership Manager at Planet Mark, a sustainability certification that supports organisations and real estate to measure and continually reduce carbon emissions and increase their social value. During his career, James has utilised his master’s degree in geosciences from Durham University to manage sustainability projects across three NHS Hospital Trusts and established the UK arm of a global tech business as Operations & Partnerships Director. At Planet Mark, James combines both his sustainability and partnership experience to manage commercial partnerships with trade associations, charities, consultancies and legislative bodies. He currently delivers Planet Mark’s Race to Zero programme, through a partnership with the UN Climate Champions team.
