His career began at Blue-Chip organisation Unilever before spending eight years at an organic food brand. Eventually, Nick found his way to Rubies in the Rubble, where he now serves as CEO.
Under Nick’s leadership, Rubies in the Rubble is poised for further expansion, building on its reputation for creating award-winning condiments made from surplus fruits and vegetables. Nick’s dedication to the cause mirrors the brand’s ethos - to combat food waste, and the Rubies team is united in this passion.
