Jessica is Head of Corporate Partnerships at UK refugee employment charity Breaking Barriers. Jess’ team at Breaking Barriers partner with over 30 businesses from a variety of sectors to support refugees on their journey to employment, training and education. Jess has spent 15 years in the not for profit sector working with refugee communities overseas and in the UK with charities such as War Child. She has developed charity partnerships with businesses from Costa Coffee to Chelsea Football Club, and credits her years in the hospitality sector for gaining key communication and client management skills.
