Joe started in hospitality in pubs and restaurants across Nottingham from the age of 13. After studying for an Economics degree at The University of Birmingham, he briefly joined the Ocado graduate scheme to follow his passion of tech, business and food, before quitting after a year to start Crust Bros as a street food company. Nine years later, Crust Bros now trades from 4 sites - Waterloo, their flagship brick and mortar site plus three concession sites across London.
