My personal and professional ethos is to ‘give first, take second’ and work hard to succeed. I am resilient, consistent and fair. I have benefited from many strong influences along my journey that began with my mother's selflessness and my father's drive. Those characteristics, combined with a handful of brilliant mentors, have provided the skills, experience and pragmatism required to navigate through life successfully. I have worked in Logistics for more than 30 years, beginning as a trainee import clerk. I have worked for only 4 organisations, although benefitting from the experience of many acquisitions; joining NNR in 2004. Positioned in the global leadership team, I am currently the Managing Director of NNR United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Poland and Czech Republic. My focus remains on driving continual improvement and leading the business forward utilising ‘employee-friendly’ Kaizen philosophies to grow and adapt to changing environments; continually exceeding customers expectation.
