Marco De Simone MIH is the Deputy Restaurant Director at Corinthia Hotel in London. He has previously worked for several 5* Hotels in Lecce, Italy – and in London, working at the Royal Garden Hotel where he progressed from Commis Waiter to Junior Supervisor to Restaurant Supervisor to Trainee Assistant Restaurant Manager within 3.5 years. Marco joined Shangri-La in December 2020 as Restaurant Supervisor and was promoted in a few months to Assistant Restaurant Manager, 7 months later to Acting Restaurant Manager and shortly after became the new Restaurant Manager of TĪNG on level 35. After three years at Shangri-La, Marco moved to Corinthia as Deputy Restaurant Director of two F&B outlets, Crystal Moon Lounge and The Garden.
