Phil is a founding Partner of White & Black, a specialist Commercial, IP and Corporate law firm. He qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and has specialised in commercial law ever since. Phil regularly advises clients on procurement and distribution agreements, IP protection, advertising standards, licensing agreements, managed Communications & ERP Solutions, R&D collaborations, outsourcing and data protection issues to name a few.
