Rachel O'Brien
Rachel O’Brien is the Co-Founder and Director of Subrosa Ltd which was established in 2010. After graduating from Glasgow University Rachel began her career in the packaging industry working as a graduate account manager for a Leeds based packaging business on the Unilever Haircare Account. After a short spell in France working with Unilever she also worked in Australia before returning to the UK and moving into category and brand marketing (supplier side) before taking a role at ASDA in the chilled foods team initially as a marketer with further time spent in buying roles. Prior to leaving ASDA she also headed up the ASDA supplier development team working with both the UK Board and Walmart on UK supplier strategy and comms. Since setting up Subrosa with Amanda Peberdy, Rachel has focussed building the Marketing & Commercial functions, as well as wider business development.
