I have been with Ashbury for 3 years covering Regulatory advice for retailers and manufacturers of foods, animal feed and non-food products for the UK, ROI especially in relation to import and export of products and Brexit matters.

Prior to working at Ashbury, I spent 18 years in Trading Standards in the South of England covering advice and enforcement in relation to animal health, food standards, animal feed, product safety, market surveillance at Borders and sanitary and phytosanitary controls at the UK border.

My last position was in Southampton manging Port Health staff at the Border Control Post dealing with both food and non-food import compliance.

I remain a member of the Chartered Trading Standards Institute.
