Sarah is an accomplished team leader with experience in delivering quality and sustainability strategies across the food value chain, spanning multiple countries and cultures. She combines her unique experiences in QA, Innovation, Technical and Corporate Responsibility roles to support her consultancy clients (in education, investment, software, industry, retail and foodservice) reach their sustainability goals through training, advisory, market research and technical knowhow. A Zimbabwean-rooted and England-raised food technologist, based in France, she has witnessed first-hand the devastation of climate change and inequality. This sensitised her to sustainability long before it became a well-known term.
