An innovative and forward-thinking Technology leader, Sarah has an extensive track record of driving tech transformation, data integrations and improvements in technical services and business processes. Experienced in multi-facted programmes of change, particularly in multi-site operations, her operational mindset has helped deliver a number of significant system changes in organisations.

Sarah joined the Big Table Group in June 2019 (formerly the Casual Dining Group), with over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality sector, having previously worked with hotel brands such as Ramada Jarvis, Mercure, Thistle and the launch of the Hard Rock Hotel London. Sarah also worked in British Tennis, leading the Technology roadmap for the Lawn Tennis Association and her early career began training in accountancy.

Now managing the technology and digital roadmap for the Big Table restaurant group, covering the brands of Las Iguanas, Banana Tree, Bella Italia, Frankie & Benny’s and Chiquito’s, Sarah is continuing to look for the group efficiencies and all that the tech/digital future possibilities can bring to its brand business and its customers.
