Secure your stand for 2024

The IFE Team are on hand to answer any queries you may have. We hope you have a great show again this year and as always,  it is our privilege to bring the industry together.

The sales team will have already been in touch, and you will have received a couple of emails regarding the new rebook process.  The new process has ultimately resulted in a huge number of companies having already rebooked their existing locations with even more ready to book alternative locations elsewhere on the floorplan.

If you've not already spoken to the commercial team about opportunities in 2024, please speak to the event support team– by the time you read this, you will have met your main contact at the show who will be able to assist. Stand availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

All bookings for IFE and IFE Manufacturing will benefit from preferential onsite rates until 4pm on Wednesday 22nd March, the last day of the show. After this, the price will increase to the standard rate.

IFE 2022 - Secure your stand for 2023

All bookings will benefit from a 2-week cooling off period, meaning that your booking will not become legally binding until Thursday 6th April, giving you the time and flexibility you need to assess the success of the show.  Should you wish to not go ahead with your booking, all you simply need to do is to email your account manager on or before 5th April and the contract will be cancelled.

In the meantime, you can secure a premium location and take advantage of the best price with zero initial commitment or obligation. If you would like to discuss your involvement in IFE 2024, please contact the team onsite or visit the team in the sales lounge on Stand 2151, in the Grocery & Wholesale Section. To help drive additional value for our customers, discounted 2-year deals are also available.

Our recipients include homeless shelters, hostels, soup kitchens, mental health charities, community centres and kitchens, schools, family centres, children’s programmes, and domestic abuse refuges.

WHAT CAN YOU DONATE?
City Harvest can collect fresh, frozen, and ambient food. All vans have freezer and chiller capability. All food must be unopened and within its use-by date. City Harvest does not collect hot meals or canteen style food, open food or compromised packaging, food past its use-by date, and alcohol.

When the event closes at 4pm on Wednesday 22nd March please bring your donations to one of the collection points. The City Harvest and Montgomery Group Teams will be on hand to help. The organisers will be setting up 2 collection points at the IFE Hub 4151 and the HRC Lobby H1749.
