Terms & Conditions for exhibiting companies

1. The Meet the Buyer Programme is a paid for opportunity for international exhibitors (exhibiting companies who are not based in the UK) at IFE 2023. We cannot guarantee meetings even though a company has paid to enter the programme. 
2. If meetings are not secured by an exhibitor and buyers, the £500 fee is non-refundable.
3. To ensure we give the buyers relevant information, exhibitors who enter the Meet the Buyer Programme must complete their online profile by 23rd January 2023. If you need assistance with accessing the exhibitor hub or uploading your information, please contact Callum.Presley@montgomerygroup.com who will be able to assist you.
4. Successful exhibitors must commit and attend the meetings that have been booked on their behalf. If companies are a no show without a valid reason, they will be disqualified from the programme in the future. 
5. If an exhibitor misses their meetings without a valid reason, they will not be able to attend the networking lunch or benefit from post-event marketing to the buyer database.
6. Successful exhibitors must arrive in the Gallery Room with ample time to find their seat and prepare before meeting with their prospective buyer. A full schedule will be shared pre-event so that exhibitors have their timetables in advance and please adhere to the timings that have been set for you.
7. Successful exhibitors will also be sent a full brief and must read through this pack. This will help you prepare for your meetings and answer the questions that the relevant buyers are going to ask. 
8. We will be hosting a networking lunch for exhibitors to meet with buyers in an informal and relaxed setting. One representative from each company is permitted to attend this lunch.
